Delete your account and data

Delete in the app
Open RoastMyBill → Profile (tap the avatar in the top bar) → Delete account and data (Usuń konto i dane). Enter USUŃ and select Usuń moje konto. This removes active account data, profile, receipts and sessions, and revokes household access.
Request deletion online
If you cannot access the app, email roastmybill@gmail.com with the subject “RoastMyBill — account deletion”. Include a previous support case number or other non-secret information to help locate your account. We will arrange a safe ownership check. Never send recovery keys, session tokens, passwords or payment details.
What is retained and for how long
The confirmed deletion function removes active data. Backups expire within 30 days. Unsaved attachments have a 7-day retention period. Mandatory accounting records, if any, may be retained for the legally required period. Account deletion does not cancel any store subscription; manage it separately in Google Play or the App Store.
